* My sleeping system weighs 630 g in total and this is the lightest sleeping system I have tried to date. I’ll do a separate post on it with photos when I return from my trip.

I purchased the GramXpert eLite quilt last year and I have not used it before. Night temperatures should be around 17°C so the GramXpert eLite quilt with Apex 67 should be sufficient.

The trekking poles are not carried in my pack and are not part of the base weight.

I always change into a fresh T-shirt when I travel home on the public transport after I have a little wash first. Just trying to think of my fellow commuters.
